She began her career working at Prudential Securities and later Merrill Lynch, as a Series 7 Licensed Stockbroker.

In 1996, she left the workplace to raise her family.

After 20 years, In 2018, it was time for her to return to the workplace and pursue her mission to help stop distracted driving. A passion that resulted from her concern for her daughters and family.

Based in Charleston, South Carolina, OnMyWay’s mission is to reverse the distracted driving epidemic through positive rewards.

OnMyWay, has just come out of “Beta” in June 2022 with 3 Million Downloads and has Saved 193+ Lives and Prevented Over 29k+ Car Crashes.

Courtney graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Alex is a CPA in the state of California with over 30 years’ Corporate Accounting and Finance experience. Alex has utilized his operational and investment skills in helping to create and support the everyday operations of OnMyWay.

Alex is also responsible for the creation and management of “The OnMyWay Texting and Driving Foundation” a Non-Profit 501c3 Company. The Non-Profit’s sole focus is on Saving Lives and works directly with the OnMyWay App to maximize driver rewards and optimize organizational Social Responsibility.

OnMyWay has given me the opportunity to work in a field which I truly am passionate about, where I can actively engage in Operations, Innovation, and Social Responsibility on daily basis. It has also given me the ability to change the world, as I never thought I would be in a position to save a life, prevent car crashes and make a tangible difference.

Boomer attended the University of Florida where he received a bachelor's degree in Advertising and earned a minor in Business Administration. After graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006, he entered the Master of Science in Management (MSM) program offered through the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business and received a master’s degree one year later.

Vikas is a proven technical leader and software development expert who has spent his career on the front lines of innovation in mobile tech, digital media, Web services, and SaaS. He has been involved in cutting edge technologies for over 15+ years and uses his skills in technology and communication to define success for teams. He is experienced in building high-performance teams that span geographies and deliver results that exceed expectations.

At OnMyWay, Vikas is responsible for leading the Product Development, Engineering and Support teams, as well as defining the strategy and technical vision for product delivery. He also has extensive knowledge in hands on digital transformation.

Vikas is a Computer Science graduate of Panjab University and also holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Panjab University.

Gaurav is an innovative Digital and Technology leader with a proven track record of modernizing processes, teams and technology resulting in transformative business outcomes across multiple companies. He has a diverse background with experience in e-commerce, financial services, mobile app operations, reservations, and inventory management.

He is experienced in developing the most innovative and intuitive user experience and building next-generation applications and systems. He is a Software Engineer that graduated from Ramgarhia Institute of Engineering & Technology with a degree in Information Technology.

Sagar is a Highly creative and multitalented Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer with extensive experience in design, Brand identity & awareness, multimedia, marketing, and print designs. With Proven a track record, Sagar can solve problems through visuals and create magic through his designs.

Sagar has core expertise in developing mobile and web application UI with exceptional knowledge of multiple designing solutions. He is a Graphic Designer that graduated from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University with a degree in Computer science.

As President of OnMyWay Business Solutions, Kevin is responsible for strategic partnerships, business development, revenue growth and overall marketing team management. With over a decade of experience focused on digital and in-bound marketing methods, Kevin has consistently adapted to the ever-changing world of today’s digital media climate. “OnMyWay is providing the perfect delivery method for “Direct-to-Consumer” marketing and the Sky's the limit for our Company, Communities and Customers alike.”

His focused leadership propelled a modernization of consumer technology, including a migration to user friendly mobile applications, Artificial Intelligence for location tracking and geo-fencing technologies, computer vision for predictive outcomes, AI for anomaly detection, robotics, and a smart tracker.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Chris’ work spans a range of industry verticals and includes launching and growing start-ups, such as OpenHire, Outtask, Curb and Karhoo. He is also the former CIO for Red Apple/Gristedes and current Executive Board Member at OnMyWay.

Chris holds an Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Rutgers.

Scott Cross is an executive level sales leader in the non-profit technology industry with 25 years of experience selling, building successful teams and leading high performing teams to increased growth.

Scott is a leader who drives a culture of collaboration and success through process creation, refinement and coaching to improve and win. From creating teams to developing tools and playbooks, Scott has a history of accelerating revenue performance.

Scott's track record outlines his proven ability to maximize performance and goal attainment for individuals, teams and organizations. His passion and experience for the nonprofit and corporate social responsibility markets align to OnMyWay's leadership team and direction.

Kevin Campbell Kevin has spent the last 27 years working with a wide range of Federal and SLED customers including the US Navy and US Army, the Department of Homeland Security, US Treasury, NASA and many others to numerous to list.

While working with them he has helped drive innovation, process efficiencies and modernization across their information technology portfolios. While working with many technologies over the years some highlights include joining OnMyWay and assisting with the implementation of a meta-data repository.

Kevin graduated from Old Dominion University with a BS in Political Science. He went on to law school and graduated from Seton Hall Law School with a JD. He passed the New Jersey state bar on his first attempt. Following a short career practicing law, he relocated to the Washington DC area to begin a career in the Information Technology field.

Sal Badalamenti is currently working for Stavola Realty a $1 billion-dollar global company. He was instrumental in the $15 million dollar redevelopment project. In his role, Sal oversees the day-to-day operations, including management of the executive team and more than 175 employees, as well as being responsible for all capital improvement and renovation projects.

Sal’s career also included an Executive position with Arizona Iced Tea a $3 billion-dollar global company at its infancy, introducing the product to the New Jersey, Philadelphia and Chicago markets. He has also been an entrepreneur with 2 successful exits. Sal is using his vast experience in developing OnMyWay Events and Corporate Social Responsibility Strategies.
